Made in Ohio by maker Lauren D’Souza’s new twist on the classic morning beverage. Created out of quarantine boredom (and a friend’s dare to put hot sauce in her coffee), this Indian cuisine–inspired light-and-dark duo uses subtle sweeteners and warming spices to add a dash of sweet heat to coffee drinks.
INGREDIENTS
Light Roast
Water, erythritol, brown rice syrup, ground chili peppers (pasilla, cayenne, chili de arbol, ghost chili(, lemon juice, spices (ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves), xanthan gum, salt, vanilla extract, dried orange peel, sodium bisulfate.
Dark Roast
Water, erythritol, brown sugar, molasses, brown rice syrup, ground chili peppers (pasilla, guajillo, red hatch, ghost chili), lemon juice, spices (cinnamon, allspice, vanilla extract), xanthan gum, salt, cocoa, sodium bisulfate.
